Paradox-- Challenge

For clarification - This pre authorization is take from Hbutler MCI(pre checkin) not from Saavy Pay. Saavy pay doesn't do automatic pre auth calculation it do the pre authorisation only to the amount which user key in the system.

According the present MCI Pre authorizationrule the amount should be

Since reservation type - DP, No nights - 2, Card Type - AMex credit, Incidental charge- 300 SGD

Rule : -

No. of nights * Incidental charge = 2 * 300 = 600 SGD

So as per the system amount 600 SGD is the preauth amount to be taken.

Step1: find were the payment done.

step:2 understand the details from opera reservation details

step 3: find no of nights , res type, room type, incidential charges.

for clarify the reservation type: take cloud DB>>> WEBCHECKINAPI>> tbnlog with reservation number and check the status.
