CPCA Ticket-Precheck in and precheck out is not working in MCI for the last two days. The following steps are taken to solve the issue:

  • The support team analyzed the problem and discovered that the data is reflected in the client's local Nlog and it shows that "Failed in Due in push" because of an http error.
  • Then we got inside the cloud DB and found out there was no data regarding these dates.
  • After we checked with IIS, we opened the CPCA cloud application and discovered that it was not running. It showed server 503 error.
  • In the application pool, we checked whether the CPCA's application was running and found out that the application had stopped running because of the error.
  • Then we restarted the application.
