Precheck in and Precheck out is not working in MCI for last two days
The support team analysed the problem and discovered that the data is reflected in the client's local Nlog and it shows that “Failed " Due in push because of an http error.
Then we got inside the cloud DB and found out there is no data regarding these date.
After we check with IIS, we open the CPCA cloud application and discovered that it was not running. It showed a server 503 error.
In the application pool, checked whether the CPCA’s application is running and found out that the application was stopped running because of the error.
Then we restarted the application.
After checking the client backoffice it shows precheckout and precheckin.
