The issue was when the user taps the keycard the tablet doesnt fetch the guest reservation/package details, but when room number manually entered fetching the guest reservation and package details.
We watched the tables and saw an error in the fetching process where there is difference in calling from Assabloy which is 3 digit number (Room Number) and the opera reservation which is 4 digit number.
solution is when the table sp is modified with the help of DEV team, and made the changes and tried Tapping again which solved the scenario.
