Failed to guest checkin, reason - opera report.generate report: ReportTerminatedWithError/5/The report terminated with error:
REP-69: An internal error occurred
REP-56132: Access is denied to the report definition file.
When we discover this error. This is how we resolve it:
• Check the payment type of the reservation at the time of check-in.
• Login to Opera as supervisor.
• Open configuration.
• When we click on the configuration, a kiosk interface will appear in the lower menu.
• Then a pop-up dialog will appear.
• Select the kiosk channel from the pop-up menu.
• When we select the kiosk channel. There will be a configuration.
• Inside the configuration, there will be three radio buttons. Select "Generate Data”, tick it, and save it.
