Please make sure to follow the below steps to reactivate your license:
1. Open the application "activation.exe" that can be found in "C:\Program Files\Herta Security\Packages\Tools"
2. Apply the license
3. Wait a few seconds and start Herta again.
Sometimes after applying the license update, you can lose the connection with the database for security reasons. Once you open Herta again after the license applies you will be asked to prompt the DB credentials. Please use the by default password Test1234
